Innovative Foundation

A stronger and more stable foundation with 50% less cement!

The foundation of a Polyghome is primarily composed with thermal circular footings, structural columns and insulated framework that equally supports the charge of the building. Each footing is connected to one another due to its permanent insulated formwork including integrated armature that all together form a wall at the desired level. Its sole function is to maintain the lateral pull. This new technology does not require any shipping or handling of the equipment to the construction site.

Controlled atmosphere under level 1

PolygHome has a controlled atmosphere under its level 1. Its mechanical system which is installed in the PolyBox, assures the maintenance of a negative pressure which in result controls the potential gas that may emerge from the ground. The unit also integrates the necessary equipment to heat the volume of air that is located under the level 1, bringing more comfort to its occupants.

Curtain Structure- Ventilation ducts & Integrated diffusers

The multi-functional curtain structure that PolygHome offers, allows you to insert different modules for the finishing. The modules include energy efficient glass, solar windows with thermal sensors, doors and thermal finishing panels. Photovoltaique panels are available as well. Its structure benefits from the ventilation ducts and the diffusers to cool the building and allows dealing with the gain and loss of heat, directly at the source.

PolyBox

The Polybox is an acoustic mechanical room. Its elements include all the necessary components to provide comfort to the home owner. Polybox is completely put together in a factory or can be assembled onsite. Polybox can integrate depending on your needs, the entries of energy sources such as electricity, gas, water, as well as the control panels for communication systems such as telephone and cable, the air conditioning system and central vacuum as well as a domestic air compressor and any other mechanical equipment that maybe needed.
